Product Description
The Jig Grinding (JG) is usually high, and can generally reach the following levels: Positioning accuracy: usually between ±0.002 mm and ±0.005 mm. Positioning accuracy reflects the accuracy of the machine tool at the specified coordinate position, that is, the ability of the machine tool to accurately move to the predetermined position. Repeat positioning accuracy: generally around ±0.001 mm to ±0.003 mm. Repeat positioning accuracy refers to the degree of deviation when the machine tool repeatedly positions itself at the same position, reflecting the stability and consistency of the machine tool. Processing accuracy: For dimensional accuracy, it can be controlled within the range of ±0.002 mm to ±0.005 mm; for shape accuracy (such as roundness, cylindricity, etc.), it can usually reach about 0.001 mm to 0.003 mm. Processing accuracy depends on many factors such as the overall performance of the machine tool, tool quality, and processing technology. It should be noted that the accuracy of coordinate grinders of different models and brands and under different processing conditions may vary. At the same time, with the continuous advancement of technology, the accuracy of some high-end coordinate grinders may be higher.
